"The Köpke's of the Floddergats' in book form"
The Venlo dialect is important to many. This is also true for artist Ger Janssen. Ger worked for twenty years on 'De Köpkes van de Floddergats'. Through this artwork, Ger seeks to draw attention to (the preservation of) the Venlo dialect. The Köpkes book contains many photos and drawings by the artist himself. Each of the 118 bronze figures is given the attention it deserves.
