Renting a furnished or unfurnished room?
For a furnished room (at least a bed, wardrobe, desk), you will pay between €25 and €75 more per month than for an unfurnished room. If you plan to stay longer than six months, we recommend taking a room without furniture.
Do the math: 6 months x €50 (average additional cost) = €300.
With the money you save, you can easily buy (second-hand) furniture for your room.
