Tax is withheld from your salary or benefits. If you are studying, you may be able to get some of that tax back, depending on your income that year. 

If you need to file a tax return, you will receive a letter from the Tax Office about it. If you have not received a tax return letter, you may still be able to get a tax refund. In that case, fill in the tax return based on your own data and see if you get money back.

You can file a tax return up to five years after the end of a year. So if you haven't filed a return in previous years, you can still do so.
