When you are moving, there are 3 options.

1. Moving within the municipality of Venlo
2. Moving within the Netherlands, but out of the municipality of Venlo
3. Moving to another country

1. If you are moving within the municipality, you must report this to the municipality of Venlo. You can do this by making an appointment or with your DigiD, via the website https://www.venlo.nl/verhuizen-binnen-nederland

2. If you are moving to another municipality, you must report this to the municipality you are moving to. This can be done by making an appointment. In most municipalities, it is also possible to do this with your DigiD.

3. If you are moving to another country, you must register with the respective country.

To prevent important documents from being sent to your old address, you can deregister from the municipality of Venlo. You can report your departure abroad via https://www.venlo.nl/vertrek-naar-buitenland-doorgeven
