This takes place at the Performance Centre Venlo, the place that supports and advises top athletes and sports talents in the region. This is done in collaboration with Topsport Talent School College Den Hulster of OGVO, football club VVV-Venlo, handball club Fortes Venlo, athletics club Scopias, volleyball club Civitas, hockey club Delta Venlo, BMX Track Venlo, Judo Talent Development Limburg, and Medical Center VieCuri.

Do you want to exercise in Venlo but are not quite sure what, where, and how? Our tip: sign up for the Venloop! The most enjoyable walking and running event in Venlo and the surrounding area. Choose a distance that suits you and prepare, either together or solo. Train outdoors and enjoy the Venlo districts and nature reserves along the way. This way, you work towards the Venloop, where you run or walk towards the finish line together with thousands of participants. Along the way, the rest of the city will cheer you on: goosebumps guaranteed!

Music runs like a common thread through all districts of Venlo. As in many Limburg cities and villages, Venlo also has a rich tradition of music in the form of harmonies, fanfares, and brass bands. There are also various associations where you are welcome as a string player or singer. Do you play an instrument? You are guaranteed to find an association in your neighborhood! And do you want to learn to play an instrument or take singing lessons? Then you are welcome at, for example, Co. de Cultuurontwikkelaar: the partner for a large number of amateur music associations in Venlo for providing music lessons to their members.

Satisfy your musical heart with musical associations such as Stichting Musical Stella Duce or Sidera Theaterproducties. Folk theater in dialect? Then you are welcome at, for example, Volkstheater Frans Boermans, Sociëteit De Flarussen or audition for the Venlo Revue.
