Venlo has three secondary schools: the Valuascollege in the center of Venlo, College Den Hulster in Venlo-South, and the Blariacumcollege in Blerick. The three schools are part of the Educational Community Venlo & Surroundings (OGVO), but each has its own identity. For example, Valuascollege offers additional education focused on art, dance, and musicals. The schools are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by public transport. Join us for open house and trial days, and decide together with your child.

You don't have to leave Venlo for further education either. In Venlo, you will find Gilde Opleidingen, Fontys Universities of Applied Sciences, HAS green academy, and Maastricht University, Campus Venlo. Venlo excels in logistics, agrofood, and manufacturing. Many courses in Venlo, therefore, prepare students for a career in these sectors.
