"My first real photo report as a city photographer was made at Antoinette's ToutToetTheater. 'The house of Pippi Longstocking', 'the haunted house', or 'the fairytale forest'. That's what I used to think as a child when I cycled past Antoinette's house. I have always been curious about the house and its inhabitants, and in my role as a city photographer, I suddenly had a good excuse to visit."

"Antoinette. What a special and lovely woman, we mostly talked a lot and discussed everything, which led to the most remarkable conversations. If it had been recorded, they could have made three films of it, I think."

"Antoinette lives in a large gray house, but her surroundings are mainly very colorful and full of things. Delightfully chaotic, but that adds charm to the house and Antoinette. There is a large shed in the garden where dancing, music-making, workshops, and much more take place. The question is more, what can't you do at Antoinette's? Somewhere in the shed, there is also a hidden classroom. It's full of stuff, and Antoinette has a story for everything."

Antoinette has regularly performed at festivals where she stands on stilts or dances. She always comes up with a fun idea and has done all sorts of things, so she has many hobbies! I am so glad to have been able to meet and photograph her, and I hope to experience many more adventures like this!"
