De Witte works exclusively with a responsible and conscious choice of local and seasonal, fresh products. The region is central to De Witte, in which the unique combination of style, grandeur, cosiness and delicious and affordable food from our own region will prevail.

The spacious city garden at the back of De Witte underwent a thorough renovation in March and April 2016 and is equipped with all the modern requirements that are set for a classic brasserie in the 21st century. The historic, monumental building from 1611 with courtyard has become a tasteful combination of nostalgia and cradle-to-cradle, from old-fashioned tasty and delicious, regional dishes to the international allure of French and Italian cuisine. With respect for our own tradition, but with doors always open to new developments from outside.
