Close to the city, yet surrounded by tranquility: Domein Zavel in Tegelen demonstrates how contemporary winemaking and hospitality go hand in hand. Since 2021, Joni Sloesen and Arno Janssen have been working on biodynamic wines here, for now still made with grapes from friendly farmers in the Pfalz, until their own plantings are mature enough. Every Saturday at 2:00 PM, they open their doors for a tour with tasting, where you not only taste six wines but also discover their story and vision. With attention to nature, sustainability, and pure taste experience, Domein Zavel stands for authentic enjoyment, close to Venlo.
